I like this straightener because it leaves my long hair super soft and shiny. I does have a slight tendency to tug sometimes (which causes breakage-eek!) but that is the only drawback. The plates smooth over my hair and usually straighten without having to go over sections again and again- minimizing damage. If you are looking for a quality straightener but you're on a budget, this is a good choice.09/30/2008

      Pretty Great Straightener!

      I have really thick and curly hair and this straightener works really well, really quickly. I love that you can adjust the temperature so that it works for your hair type. My only issue is that it is a little heavy and when you have as much hair as I do, it gets tiresome. October 21, 2008, 5:36 am
