I like this straightener because it leaves my long hair super soft and shiny. I does have a slight tendency to tug sometimes (which causes breakage-eek!) but that is the only drawback. The plates smooth over my hair and usually straighten without having to go over sections again and again- minimizing damage. I have long frizzy wavy hair and this straightener WORKS!! It leaves my hair so soft and super straight. Even my 8 year old Daughter ( who hates for me to play with her hair ) LOVES it! She's been up at 6 am just for me to work her in to my routine so I can do her hair.
