Dial Soap
My family used Dial soap my whole childhood. Back then, (1980's) this was the best soap around, but it has always dried my skin out. The scent is one I do remember fondly, but when I moved out, I switched to Dove because it doesn't me out and now my kids are growing up with Dove. I don't want them to have the dry skin I had while using Dial. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 3 people said helpful

Love their deodorant bars
I have to use aluminum-free deodorant and although I have found one that works fairly well, the protection cannot match those with the chemicals and aluminum. So I supplement by deodorant by washing my underarms with Dial's Antibacterial Deodorant Soap Bars. The scent is super classic and fresh but not overpowering at all. I find that this works better than my regular body wash when used under my arms. I especially notice the difference when I use this between showers. I have washed my underarms with regular soap, or even other liquid soaps that claim to deodorize but this soap from Dial makes a noticeable difference. In between showers, this seems to be the only soap that completely eliminates odor and lasts (when used in conjunction with my deodorant of course). This provides a really rich lather that forms quickly with just a little water. It rinses away easily, leaving my skin super clean. A bar lasts forever, especially since I don't use this all over my body. I would not use this for the rest of my body just because I have dry, sensitive skin and bar soap is too drying for me. — 2 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Good but not moisturizing
If you want squeaky clean, oh, yes, this soap does the job. unfortunately, it also dried out my skin, and I had to apply body lotion right away. BUT my husband (who does not like moisturizing bar soap) likes this one, and he uses it especially when he gets all sweaty. I recommend Dial's antibacterial soap for serious cleaning. — 4 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 2 people said helpful

a little harsh
I always use dial liquid soap but when I use a bar soap I have to use one that moisturizes too because my skin is so dry so this isn't good for me but my husband uses it every day! — 4 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Clean and Good for Shaving
I've used the white antibacterial bar soap in the shower on and off for years. I do feel squeaky clean after a good scrub with this soap, and I feel like I can get a closer shave on my legs when I use this, than when I use a body wash. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 2 people said helpful

8 FOR OLD TIME SAKE
Good on 'Dial' soap !! Everyone used Dial, Ivory and Coast went I was growing up and they worked. These soaps got the dirt out of our kids finger nails, the wax out of their ear and the mud and grit from their necks. THREE cheers for 'Dial' - 'Dial' - Dial soap. — 2 weeks, 5 days agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Great!!
This the main soap used in our house Love all the different fragrances especially cranberry. It does not dry out my skin and I have very dry skin. Actually it moisturizes my skin. Hubby loves this soap too. This is a soap we will use for a long time. — 2 years, 6 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful
