Long lasting
I tried this lipstick in Ready to Wear. I put this on at ten am and it lasted until six pm tonight. This is remarkable because it is a classic bright red shade. I have worn other red shades that have worn off after a couple of hours and then looked awful. I didn't even need to use a lip liner with this lipstick to make it last. i would recommend this to anyone looking for a long lasting lipstick. Great-Feeling Lipstick
I'm a lipstick junkie. I love moisturizing lipsticks and I have several M.A.C., Clinique, and Estee Lauder lipsticks (Isn't it funny that they're all under the umbrella Estee Lauder?) because they're all moisturizing and they have fabulous varieties of colors. All of the positive reviews of this particular Clinique lipstick took me once again to the Clinique counter. I tried several colors that didn't look right on me but settled on a very nice reddish plum called AFTER PARTY. It felt creamy but solid enough to have the color stay put for many hours. It's a dark shade that is perfect for an evening out. The price is not drugstore cheap but it's not expensive either. I have so many lipsticks from gwps, that I avoid buying new ones. I was introduced to these today at the Clinique counter while purchasing foundation and love, love, love them. They are highly pigmented, go on creamy, have spf 15, come in great colors, are creamy and moisturizing, and even last a long time. After Party, Extreme Pink, Rose Spectrum, and Peach Pop looked great on my warm light-medium skin tone. After party is a gorgeous shimmery deep rich plum definately party or after party worthy. Extreme Pink is a wearable everyday soft bright pink. Rose spectrum is a blue rose a bit deeper than my natural lip color. Peach Pop is an interesting cool peachy coral. I wore Peach Pop home and its lasted through lunch even with gloss on top of it.
