    WOW Lashes

    by bjwhit (1 review)
I have long lashes but this power mascara is vavavoom and makes my lashes hit my brows. Everytime I have worn it I've had people stop me and ask what I've done to get my lashes so long! Add the Cils Booster XL and more WOW! I bought two I love it so much! October 20, 2008, 7:06 am

    Not that great....

I was so excited to buy this after all of the rave reviews it had gotten. Honestly, I do not like it at all. Yes, the brush vibrates but that doesn't make it a great mascara. The brush doesnt deliver an even coat of mascara and it doesnt seem to lengthen or thicken my lashes... April 13, 2009, 10:05 am

    Falsies in a Tube!

    by osgoode (4 reviews)
I was totally excited when I learned I would receive the mascara as a Bzz Agent. As soon as the package arrived I busted out the tube and went to work. Initially, I found the brush a little awkward to work with as you have to hold the button at the very end of the handle to make the wand move. I am still getting the hang of... it, which means some clumping, but it's nothing I can't comb out. The end result is gigantically long lashes that look like falsies. I have fallen asleep with this stuff on and it didn't flake off. It is a bit pricey, but if you are not afraid to spend a bit of money to find your HG, this is totally worth it. Promises, promises.

    by msmascara (1 review)
The product smells worse than permanent markers while I try to locate their missing caps. My eyes looked like a terrifying scene from "Arachnophobia" rather than the glossy pages of Vogue. The formula is very thick and was hard to apply to the upper lashes. To the product's credit, it was easier to apply to my... bottom lashes and they looked longer and lush. I was let down by the products promises and the hype around this new applicator. I was told that the oscillation of 700 rps would evenly adhere to my lashes and make even my puny lashes stand out. My lashes stood out all right, just not in the way that I was promised. The lashes were completely covered, but the product did not evenly distribute over my lashes. I tried to apply the mascara down rather than up. I tried to apply it without turning on the oscillating applicator. Lets just put it this way, I prefer Lancome's Definicils brush and formula to this stuff any day of the week. I could have purchased mascara from the dollar store if I wanted my make-up to look that cheap. November 8, 2008, 6:31 pm

like false eyelashes without the glue

    by pamelakay (1 review)
I've been a devotee of Lancome Defincils for years, but when this mascara came out, I decided to give it a whirl--literally and figuratively. ;) Initially, it was awkward to use and I put it away for a week or so...happened to grab it one day and Waa-laa the most amazingly long lashes appeared! It really looked like I had ...my lash length had extended...they were touching my eyebrows almost and touching the lenses of my sunglasses, too. Now, to be honest with you, the oscillation didn't really do much for me, but getting more comfortable with the brush and lightly coating my lashes worked wonders. I've had numerous people stop me to ask what mascara I use and one coworker asked me if I was wearing false eyelashes, because my lashes looked so long and amazing. I've done several photo shoots since swapping out and havent even used the false eyelashes I normally would need. Now I do still keep my lash comb handy and use it, rather than the oscilation. The mascara is a little pricey, but it goes on smoothly and washes off so easily with no tuging or pulling and one tube lasted me over two months ( I used it a few times each week)and never dried out, even a teensy bit...well worth the price.. pamela kay November 10, 2009, 5:05 pm

    Sooo Disappointed :(

    by Heidiebear (3 reviews)
I was very excited that my boyfriend had actually remembered me telling him how bad I wanted to try this mascara, so he got it for me as a christmas present right after it came out for christmas 08. This ranks as one of the worst mascaras I have ever tried, it was so bad I used it exactly once, then gave it to my bf so she ...could try it herself without having to basically set her $34 on fire! Boo!!!! Every other mascara by Lancome is usually the shiznit, so I hope they go back to the drawing boards with that one. I'm even scared off of trying Maybellines new oscillation one. LOVE IT!

    by BeautyJunkiesUnite (206 reviews)
Top 100 ReviewerTotal Beauty BloggerTrusted Review
LOVE IT. You press a button on the grip of the wand which activates the movement of the wand. The wand does not spin, it actually does all of the wiggle work for you and somewhat tickles as it vibrates. After one coat I was like whoa– these lashes are coated front, back, and side to side! There’s no need to wiggle o...r zig-zag like you normally would, Oscillation will do all the work for you, slowly comb through, and wah-lah! You may let out a giggle or two! This is arsenal worthy material here ladies. May 27, 2009, 4:08 am

    Long and beautiful lashes

    by nymphdelaplage (1 review)
It took a little while for me to get used to this but now I love it and think it makes your lashes look great - longer for sure, and somewhat thicker as well. April 17, 2009, 10:54 am

    Probably Not Worth The Money

    by RachMP (34 reviews)
This mascara definitely lengthens and separates, but I needed to wear the booster underneath in order to get more volume. This mascara is okay, but I wouldn't say it is worth $34. Gets to be very flakey after a few weeks and sometimes I ended up with more spider-looking lashes than false-looking lashes. If you have the vo...lume going for you but need the length, it might be worth a try. April 14, 2009, 4:31 pm
