Not the scent for me.

I moved on to something else
I find this perfume overwhelmingly strong in the beginning, then the fragrance fades away fairly quick. There are no middle notes or depth. Therefore, it is difficult for me to adjust how much I should use. When I used around my neck, it was way too much. But when I put it only behind my ears, it was not enough. I think Magnifique is too musky for a women's perfume. Not flattering. When I sampled, I thought this scent would grow on me. OMG!! I'm in love again!!!!!
I only truly love very few Lancome fragrances, Magi noire, tresor and Miracle, but this new one has a burning passion in its soul, it is almost like tresor but more intense and not as powdery! And the bottle shows the burning desire within!! Not so Magnifique
Not one of the better Lancome perfumes. This one is really heavy and overpowering to the senses. It has an almost sickly sweet smell to it, like the perfume Opium. The amber in this perfume completely shuts out any other fragrance notes that might have lightened up this perfume. Definitely NOT a scent to wear in a small office or while working as just a single spray to the wrists and you end up smelling like you bathed in this scent. TRES Magnifique!
This perfume is lovely if you like a sultry, exotic scent. It has deep, woody undertones with oriental spices as well. There is still something uniquely feminine about it, and the scent lasts all day long. I love it! It's definitely not for you floral-loving girly-girls!!! Not That Magnificent
My friend bought this for me for a birthday gift. At first I liked it a lot, but after using it twice, I've changed my mind. At first it's a bit strong, but it quickly fades and feels like I never put the perfume on in the first place. Plus, the box smelled almost like puke. Disappointing
I was anxiously awaiting the arrival of this scent - I love woody florals - but after several trys I am very disappointed. This perfume is VERY strong - sample it lightly because it's hard to wash off - with impressive sillage. Strong and sillage are not bad in themselves - but you have to like the scent, and I do not. It has a rose note, which reminds me a bit of Mille et Une Roses (which I love) but that note is almost entirely overpowered by a strong amber-y base that manages to smell...cheap. This is going to be a love-it or hate-it scent for most people, I think, and it may very well be one that the folks in the cubicle next to you will not appreciate. Magnifique
This perfume is woody/floral and I really enjoy woody/florals. Though I have to say as far as woody florals go this fragrance definitly has some oomph. Though a lot of woody/florals i've smelled are still kinda understated they are subtle, polite and quietly say excuse me may I have your attention? This perfume though it demands your attention. It's far more woody than it is floral giving a much more sexy vibe. And with it's Eau de Parfum it refuses to be ignored. It doesn't politely ask you anything it kinda gets in your space and says Pay Attention to me!
