I find this perfume overwhelmingly strong in the beginning, then the fragrance fades away fairly quick. There are no middle notes or depth. Therefore, it is difficult for me to adjust how much I should use. When I used around my neck, it was way too much. But when I put it only behind my ears, it was not enough. I think Magnifique is too musky for a women's perfume. Not flattering. When I sampled, I thought this scent would grow on me. I only truly love very few Lancome fragrances, Magi noire, tresor and Miracle, but this new one has a burning passion in its soul, it is almost like tresor but more intense and not as powdery! And the bottle shows the burning desire within!!
