The best!
I'm not a big fan of DHC products. I've tried quite a few and one or two live up to their promises. This is one of them. I love this because it is completely non-greasy, it feels like water, yet it removes all traces of eye makeup. It doesn't leave any residue behind, all you have to do is rinse away with water.
