I've owned two of these. They're great at removing hair; They glide across your skin leaving it smooth and hairless. They don't leave any kind of irritation afterward. The problem is, with both the trimmers of this brand I've owned, when I opened up the blade assembly to clean it, it just fell apart into my hands. It's not at all obvious on how to put it back together, and I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. It's incredibly simple to flip the blade assembly open, not to mention necessary for cleaning after a while, you'd think they'd make it stay together or at least include instructions on reassembling it. The first time it happened I just figured it was bad luck, but when it happened the exact same way with my second one, I decided NOT to buy another one. The same thing happened to me as the post above. I opened the package and the blades fell out. No instructions on how to put this thing back together. I wasn't even able to use it once.
