Neutrogena's Extra Gentle Eye Makeup Remover Pads are in fact "extra gentle," which makes sensitive eyes very happy. The non-drying, non-greasy formula leaves lids feeling clean, but removing waterproof mascara can be a little tricky. (I had to use a pad at night and another in the morning.) For non-waterproof mascara, the pads work perfectly. Tip: They are fairly large, so you may be able to get away with cutting them in half, which means you get twice as many pads in one jar.

Wasteful

I prefer the liquid makeup remover because I feel like I get more uses out of the bottle and I can use the organic cotton rounds I want. These just seem wasteful to me. — 2 years, 1 month ago
