Goes On Like Dirty Water
Not impressive at all...this eyeliner goes on your eyelid like a light, dirty water....has no impact at all. I tried shaking it and it was just never dark enough for me. (I have black eyelashes and darker skin). There was nothing about this eyeliner that I liked, including the fact that once I layered it on ...it smudged off anyway. God forbid you try to wear this with shadow, the shadow will just cover it or shine through. Are you kidding me with the bad rating?
This is the best eyeliner I have ever try. It's amazing! I'm used to wear dramatic eyeliner everyday and the felt tip this one has is perfect! It let's me do the outer corner wing very nice.
