Blend fantastically and are very pigmented...

I just want to say right off that the only reason I’m giving these 9 stars is because I wish that the color range was a bit wider… I tried this duo in “Reckless” (514). The reason I chose that duo is because I can never find an "Eggplant" or "Dark Lavender" color with a good color payoff, and I was curious if that new formulation would be different... But I didn't actually find the color...read mores I was looking for and the color selection was poor, in my opinion… With that being said, the quality of these eye shadows is amazing… They go on very silky and smooth, almost creamy. Their texture is so silky that they are extremely easy to blend. It just feels like you can apply only a tiny little bit and if you have enough patience you could blend this color out all the way to your eye brows if you wanted to… Not that anyone would actually do it, but this is how blendable these shadows are… And this goes for both, the "bright shadows" series and the "matte shadows", so my reviews for these two might be a bit repetitive... Both of the colors I got in my duo, the dark lilac or lavender color and the "Eggplant" are very pigmented and very easily to pick up with a brush because of their soft and almost creamy texture… I would recommend these especially for those who like the “smoky eye” look because you could achieve a perfect smoky eye with just two colors. When I used the "Eggplant" in my duo for that look, it looked like I had applied three different shades of purple… I was very happy with the result – especially because it took me half the time it would have taken to actually use different shades and blend them all in… So yes, if you can find the colors you are looking for – I would most definitely recommend these… ;)

L'Oreal HIP Shadows

The L'Oreal HIP line is actually pretty darn good. These do have very highly pigmented colors that last and last! They blend very well and the 2in1 shadows will last forever!

Great eyeshadow!

These are really pigmented. I love how easy it is to apply and blend those eyeshadows because they are not a tiny bit powdery or dry. And a bonus- they last very long. The packaging is really nice- it has two compartments- one with eyeshadows, and the other with the applicator. Also, you get a great selection of beautiful colors. Excellent product. L'Oreal got it right this time. Highly recommended!

OK eyeshadow

This eye shadow has two sides, one is shimmery and the other is matte. The shimmery shades are all very creamy and well pigmented but the matte shades are just crap. Will not purchase more of these.

Bright Colors!

Very impressive line of eyeshadows for the price. One of the best drugstore shadows, in my opinion. The colors are really bright and intense, and they wear well and last a long time. They also blend well, with a reasonable amount of fall out. Great buy!

fun colors.

These colors are so fun. They go on bright and last all day. I have oily skin and usually have a problem with my eyeshadow staying. These I have not had a problem with yet. I love them.

Stunning color!

I can't sing my praises enough for these eyeshadows. They go on nice and smooth and wear all day. They are as pigmented as MAC's shadow pots, but don't create a mess all over the place. You really get your money's worth, and then some!

No fears

I am 35+ years young. I have been using all of these Loreal dous for 6 years. I was afraid of the bright pigments, but tried them anyway...Well I've had a love affair with them since. No fears, you can go as intense as you would like. Dont be afraid to add some color in your life. The price is right, many colors to choose from, and they last ALL day long; without worry of smudging or creasing either. Go for it!
