I actually bought this to try myself before I bought one for my daughter as a stocking stuffer. I love the way it cleanses. I have had no problems with it removing makeup. After a day at the lake with sand blowing around like crazy it was very efficent in removing the dirt from my face. My face always feels extremely clean after using and my night creams go on so much smoother. I was sad to hear about water getting into the battery department, so far I haven't had a problem with this and I have used it both in the shower and bath. I take a lot of care to not get the whole thing wet though, just the pad by running it sideways through the water to activate the pad. I think most of us expect a lot of sudsing when we wash our faces and this does not do that and you just have to get use to that, it is still cleaning your face. Since I use this after my nightly 5 mile walk I also find it to be very relaxing. July 10, 2008, 9:39 am

I've been using this product for several months, and I did find that their claim of "softer skin in just 1 day" was true. My skin did feel refreshed after 1 use. With continued use, my skin tends to stay blemish free. It makes your skin feel very nice when you use it. However, I discovered that the pads work fine if you use both sides of them, which is nice when the replacements are fairly expensive. Overall, I think this product is worth trying. It is the main part of my skin care regimen, and I do think it works. October 12, 2008, 10:20 am

I'm new to the exfloliator class of beauty products, but WOW!!! I bought the wave while on vacation and my face, neck and chest haven't looked this smooth since my teens (I'm 39 and holdin!) I highly recommend this little beauty. I have cystic acne and bought this in hopes of helping to reduce my outbreaks. It has delivered beautifully! I use it in the shower while the steam is opening my large pores. It's water proof (so far anyway!) and it gives a lot of "bang" for the buck! September 19, 2008, 1:55 pm

I have used a variety of skin products and usually steer towrads exfoliants. The wave is gentler but still gets the job down. It may seem like it doesn't get a lot of dirt on the pad, but my face looks and feels clean after use. Its quick and easy convience enables me to get clean even when I'm running late. The price is a little steep, but so far I haven't had any reasons to complain. September 18, 2008, 7:14 pm

The first time I used my new Wave, I was really pleased because my skin was really soft. Upon subsequent uses though, I found that it irritated my skin, resulting in more blemishes and other problems than before I had used it. I don't have textbook "sensitive skin" and this product is the first that has really bothered it. Too bad; it was fun to use. September 2, 2008, 9:41 am

I got the wave for free online for doing the Neutrogena Wave Campaign. I like it to a point. Some factors are the pad takes time to lather up, i have to take it off the wave and rub it to start the lather action. I am not sure if it deep cleans as it says it does, it does make your skin feel smooth and clean, but I use my normal cleanser with as well afterwards. I am wondering now how the clean and clear blackhead cleaner thing would wk compared to this. I guess it's a personal opinion, because all skin types are different. August 19, 2008, 11:13 pm
