  This item is in our medicine cupboard to deal with bug bites and scrapes. I notice Tea Tree oil is used in many different products like shampoo and lotion now. Personally, I don't see how anyone can use items on a daily basis with this natural medicine. The scent is very strong and it is a powerful oil. It's great to use s...omething natural to take care of ourselves but I wouldn't use it on a daily basis if there is no need. May 27, 2008, 8:41 am

  This product rocks! It controls oil and leaves you with a great, tingly clean feeling. It is a bit strong so watch the eye area. Get it at Trader Joe's for cheap! July 22, 2008, 1:22 pm

  Great brand for tea tree

  I love Desert Essence for tea tree oil products. The 100% tea tree oil is a bit strong for me to use for acne. The have a blemish stick that is more gentle and effective for me. However, if I find that my whole face is breaking out I like to add a drop or two of this oil to my moisturizer. The moisturizer helps diffuse ...the oil so it isn't as harsh. I'd recommend starting with the tea tree blends for acne and working your way up to 100% tea tree. Tea tree is also great for cuts and burns, but once again, don't apply it directly. A couple of drops mixed in with a first aid cream does wonders. Overall a great oil! May 11, 2009, 7:56 am

  Fantasti All Natural Antiseptic

  I love this stuff for all different reasons!!! It is an all natural antiseptic that can be used on almost anything. If I see a blemish coming I dab some on with a Q-Tip twice a day and it will get rid of it before it comes out (your skin will peel in that spot but, better than a huge pimple and then having to heal from that...). You can use it on any nic or scape. My mom even uses it when her psoriasis flares up and I have even used it on my dog when she got into a fight with a thorn bush and lost. It doesn't burn or irritate and has only been known to dry my blemishes. I love it and the little bottle will last months. April 25, 2009, 1:00 pm

  Not Worth it

  I tried this product for a few months and basically the only thing it did was open up my sinuses. The smell was the only thing it had going for it. Other than that it didn't work at all December 2, 2008, 9:34 pm

  Takes a little longer.....

  I've used this exact product and it takes longer to clear blemishes than creams with 2% Salicylic acid. Plus, it's quite strong so if you use it on your face it might cause your eyes to tear. July 18, 2008, 4:21 am

  Tea tree oil works great for acne! I mostly just use it for spot treatment, otherwise it makes my face too dry if I use it all the time. Other than that, I love this product! July 17, 2008, 4:13 pm
