I tried this since it came as a free gift with an order of the Wen Cleansing conditioner. I don't like it as much as Pantene's beautiful lengths intense treatment. I love love love this product. When I don't use it you can clearly see the difference. This product makes my hair soft shiny and most importantly HEALTHY. I normally leave this product in over night. I have fine, thin, virgin (no dyes or perms) hair and an oily scalp and I have used Wen Cucumber Aloe for over a year. I honestly don't understand how it could ruin anyone's hair. I know there are different "flavors" for different kinds of hair so that may be part of it. Wen conditions my hair better than anything I've ever used. It doesn't weight it down and it keeps it tangle free. I love it as a leave in conditioner. I didn't even get the typical static I usually get in winter last year. I have stopped using it as a shampoo though. It just never seems to get enough of the oil out of my oily scalp. Not to mention, I was going through a bottle in two weeks (my hair is long and sucks up the product like a sponge). I just can't afford that. I had really long hair, since using this stuff for only 7 days it damaged my hair so much that I had to have 8 inches cut off. I have very healthy hair, I keep trying to cancel this product but to no avail I have received another shipment. Again I have waited on the phone for another 22 minutes to get Guthy Renkers rude employees to help me. If you send it back you have to pay for it. Even if it is there fault. DO NOT ORDER THIS STUFF. I tried to buy several shea butter conditioners at local stores but none worked as well as this one. Ihave very fine , fly away hair, and have tried numerous products to add volume etc. which I found eventually built up on my hair making it dull, lifeless and felt dry to the touch almost straw like. Then by chance I saw the TV informational advert for WEN hair products. I have been using WEN hair products now for about 6 weeks now and my hair is fantastic. I use 16 pumps of thecleansing conditioner every day with a small amount of the styling creme. I use the wax stick if I want to hold a specific style for an evening. I wasn't sure how to use the hair mask as there weren't any instructions with it until I googled it and resolved that. I think this is amazing value for money, as I said previously I used to buy all sports of hair products , now I only use WEN.
