Best Lipliner ever~
I have used many lipliners and lipsticks over the years, but I'll always come back to my lip pencil plus! I line my lips with the liner end, apply the lip color (which is pretty matte), throw on some gloss, and I'm set for hours to come..... Found a Merle Norman shop in Fuquay Varina North Carolina and decided to stop in. Tried this pencil and just LOVE it. It is so creamy. A huge selection of colors too! Went back for more and will be returning. It does have to be sharpened but they have a fantastic shaprener at the store with a lid on it. Also, learned a trick.
