Best Lipliner ever~
I have used many lipliners and lipsticks over the years, but I'll always come back to my lip pencil plus! I line my lips with the liner end, apply the lip color (which is pretty matte), throw on some gloss, and I'm set for hours to come..... Not for me
I have this Lip Pencil Plus and really prefer a smaller pencil. This smears too easily and it is awkard to use. I'm always pulling off the wrong cap: liner when I want pencil and pencil when I wan liner.
