These have been my go to product for years. They hold my thick hair well, are the right length, and - most importantly - do not lose their shape. I have found other hair pins "stretch out" when they hold your hair. These, however, do not bend. Their capped ends do not fall or wear off, so you don't stab yourself in the head.
