This is the best spot treatment that I've ever used for acne, including cystic zits. I've tried them all, or almost all! Badescu, Clean and Clear, Samuel Par, tea tree oil, Dakar, etc - this significantly cuts redness and I've had cystic blemishes almost disappear over night.
