For a dollar you cant go wrong. The pencils come in several different colors and they really do resist feathering. Go for it, it will be a dollar well spent. I loved mine and I bought all the colors. My lipstick stays in place and I love the way lip liner works, its definitely the most underrated product! Also, it comes with a sharpener!!09/24/2008

  • Velvety ProVitamin Complex color caresses lips with naturally long-lasting, never feathering, hydrating pigments. Formulated to be used with any e.l.f. lip care product.

  • Directions

  • Proper lip lining application should be performed prior to adding gloss or lipstick. Gently shade upper and lower lip (shimming pencil back and forth) until color intensity is desired. Fill in entire top and bottom lips with pencil. Apply second coat if desired.
