  I've never used a foundation that makes me look better than FACE atelier's Ultra Foundation. It has silicone it - it feels like I'm wearing nothing, I look like my skin is flawless, and it lasts all day. I've sensitive skin and it works like a dream.   A Real Letdown

  I had such high hopes for this foundation. I have used primers with silicone and really liked them, but this foundation felt heavy and sticky. It was really hard to apply smoothly. It did not seem to cover all that well either, despite layering it some in areas where needed Wrinkles seemed accentuated rather than hidden... The foundation actually looked better a couple of hours after application which is unusual for my oily skin, but overall I was disappointed. On the plus side, you can buy the foundation in a "Plus" and "Minus" colors which let you darken and lighten the foundation color you chose. I got the "Minus" with the "Wheat" shade and was able to get a good match to my skin tone by slightly lightening the base foundation. September 26, 2008, 11:02 am
