I tend to get really hungry by 11 a.m., so I pop one of these and it helps me get through that hump until I need to have lunch. And then I don't eat as much because I'm no longer starving. These chews actually do abate hunger which is helpful for someone who is dieting. Some of the flavors are better than others (I love the fruit flavors) and a lot of people love the peanut butter one (but I don't). I really like these, although they're a bit pricey. The first day that I tried one I was STARVING and had to run about a million errands during lunch, so I popped a peanut butter flavored one in my mouth and forgot about it. Two hours later I suddenly realized that my hunger was completely gone and couldn't figure out why. Had to be the chew! I also like the chocolate.
