GREAT PRODUCT! It tastes like Orange Julius!! :)

I used to take metameucil fiber powder, but quickly switched to this when I was won over by the great taste! I did find that the fiber sinks to the bottom if you add it to fruit juice, or water. So I add mine to a fruit smoothie instead. Here's the recipe: 1 small banana, 1/2 cup canned peaches, 1 cup of fruit juice (such as orange, apple, pineapple, or mango juice), 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt or milk, a few large ice cubes, and 1 scoop of Orange Fiber Shake Powder.
