It does work

It works
This really seals in eyeshadows, eyeliners, lipsticks, mascaras, you name it. It's like hairspray for your makeup, without the alcohol. It can be tricky to apply however, if you're heavy handed. It can make your eyeshadow bleed or thin out, for example. It can also crease into lids after a looong day/night even if you didn't sweat. It's not very ergonomic nor portable since it's in a jar, but since they give you different applicators, it's all-purposeness sacrifices for portability/design. One bottle will last you ten lifetimes.
