The reason I liked this (along with using the shampoo) is that it works quickly. I could shampoo, put in conditioner, shower, rinse and that was it. It wasn't the most moisturizing, but I was shocked that it left my hair manageable and soft in so little time. I have very fine hair and have a hard time finding supplies that don't weigh my hair down. I find that this conditioner leaves my hair very soft and doesn't weigh it down. It is a bit pricey but I only use one pump and I think it will go a long way for the money I spent on it. Everybody says my hair looks healthy and shiny better than before.
