Goes on smooth, but smudges

I was apprehensive about spending $16 for an eyeliner pencil, but I had gotten a 'mini pencil' in black in my allure beauty box and I really love how it goes on, very smooth, no pulling or tugging on my eyelids, it just glides right on.. but it smudges if you don't put a layer of powder over it. The color is good and strong and it does stay on the upper lids great, but not the lower lids unless you trace over them with powder or shadow. — 4 years ago

I love the fact that this eyeliner is waterproof. What this means to me is that by the end of the day, my eyeliner is still where I put it - not smudged, not worn off. Another great feature is that even though it is water proof, it is still blendable. And let me tell you, it applies very easily and smoothly. I found a favorite! — 4 years ago
