The best lip liner color ever!!!

Wet n Wild Crème Lip Liner Pencil
I have used this pencil in the color Brandy Wine, #666 for years and it has earned it's way into my train case staple section. For the price, you get a great lip liner that truly lasts and the price, it's fabulous! These pencils are a bargain, and they help stop lip color from bleeding. I freeze it for a few minutes before sharpening and it doesn't break.
