This toner works well going over a cleansed face with a cotton ball. I have extremely sensitive and allergic skin but this doesn't seem to bother it that much. (I am being cautious about using this to excess or rubbing hard. I think I overdid it when I bought it because the area above both of my eyebrows was a little irritated at first. I had good results with this toner
I have sensitive skin and have had no problems using this toner each night after washing my face. It has no fragrance and leaves my face with a light, refreshing feeling. Used with a cotton ball, it's a great way to remove traces of makeup after cleansing.
