It works
My girl ot me this to keep at work because it can be stressful. When I feel the need I put some on my pulse points and within a few minutes I feel some relief. The scent is different, sort of hard to explain it. But it smells good. Great for stressful days.
I believe aromatherapy only works if you believe in it and I really believe in this product.
