It's avery nice makeup remover, very gentle. It comes in a cute bottle. It is a two-phase, and does feel oily on the life when you remove makeup, but it does the job really well. Removes even tough makeup. I've often had a lot of discomfort on my eyelids using more expensive oil based makeup removers, but didn't have any issues with this one. It is very gentle, and doesn't have any smell to it, which is perfect. Excellent product, affordable. Gentle, effective, oily
Those three words pretty much sum it up. I'm willing to forgive the oiliness because it works so dang well. I usually have to use a Q-tip to clean up dark eye makeup that the first round of remover didn't actually remove. Not so with Boot's lovely potion. Drying
This takes forever to take off waterproof mascara. It doesn't sting my eyes like other make-up remover though,. I thought since it was oil based that it would make my lashes soft. My lashes feel quite dry long after I have taken my make-up off. I will stick with vaseline to take my mascara off. My favorite
I accidently stumbled on this when I ran out of my makeup remover. Suprisingly, this stuff is really nice! It gently takes off my waterproof mascara and makeup with ease (and my mascara is very difficult to come off!). Definetly very oily
but effective product. Considering the price (I paid $5.99)it's comparable to the more expensive line of eye make up removers. One of the best iv found!
This eye makeup remover removed my eye makeup better than any remover i had ever tried! Its soothing to the skin, so it definitely lives up to its name! Its not expensive either, which is another great bonus! You get a lot of quality for your money. It is a tad oily after you remove your makeup , but because it works so well you tend to forget about that. Removes almost all
It's one of my favorite eye makeup removers. It removes almost all of my eye makeup. It's really gentle and not greasy. I am only giving it an 8 because it takes a bit more effort when I am wearing heavy duty waterproof mascara. Definitely the BEST!!!
I have finally found a quality product for a very reasonable price. For years I have used the pricey Lancome Bi-Facil eye makeup remover because my waterproof liner & mascara wouldn't budge with anything else. Then I found Boots. It works just as well. Definitely the best I've used
