You can do better for your money

Lush junkies use this on their cuticles, knees, elbows, and even as pomade. You can also use it as a heavy duty hand cream, but it's so greasy you can barely operate a pencil after doing so. Lemony Flutter smells lovely and really does soften cuticles, but there are other products out there that do the same thing for a lot less money.
