  Need to be applied correctly

  I was very upset when bought this mascara, lashes looked terrible, I had all problems described here. I was surprised that some reviews were very positive, so I decided that I probably apply it wrong way, I read a lot of reviews and advises, browsed loreal sites in several countries... and... I found the way to apply it! An...d it looks great now. (I will try to explain it in English, sorry if there will be mistakes, I am not a native speaker) The problem is that majority of us used to apply mascara absolutelly differently, you really need to do it with only one move, you need to start from the very base and pull your lashes through the brush, do it with even some forse, quite slowly, one long move, lashes deeply immersed into the brush during the move. Do not stop in the middle of lashes, do it till the very tips and rotate in the end to take/remove extra mascara from lashes. Do not make many small movements, if you do not like the result, do not try to fix it making more layers/moves, better remove mascara and try again. When I understood the idea I learned very quickly and I really like it now. But it is true - at first I was shocked! It was terrible before I learned. March 31, 2008, 8:22 am

  My Everyday Mascara

  I really love how I can get my lashes super long...falsies look from using this! Once I got used to the consistancy of the product & the brush, I was able to get a look I never could before with mascara alone. Here's a tip that might help some of you that have clumping issues...first, coat the tips of your lashes so you... don't have too much product on the brush when you do the base. Then go to the base and roll the brush as you drag it upward so the product disperses more evenly. March 14, 2008, 3:55 pm

  THIS IS MY NEW FAVORITE MASCARA, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!! I BOUGHT 2 THE FIRST TIME BC THEY WERE ON SALE OR I HAD A COUPON AND I ENDED UP BUYING 2 OF THIS EXACT BRAND. I ENDED UP LETTING MY SISTER HAVE THE OTHER 1 BC SHE KEPT COMMENTING ON HOW LONG MY EYE LASHES LOOKED SO I REALLY WANTED HER TO TRY IT. SHE ENDED UP USING HER...S AND LOVED IT!! NOW WHEN SHE HAS TO GO OUT TO BY MAKEUP, THIS IS THE BRAND OF MASCARA THAT SHES BUYING. THIS DIFFERENT MASCARA WAND HAS A DIFFERENT TYPE OF BRUSH AND I KNOW THATS WHY I LOVE IT.   Hate The Brush

  I always loved L'Oreals mascaras so I couldn't wait to try Telescopic. The mascara itself is great, but the brush - what were they thinking? It takes so long to apply because of the brush depositing so much mascara that all my lashes are stuck together. What I did come up with is to use a brush from the Voluminous mascara t...o separate them. Actually this works pretty good. Problem solved - if I have the time in the morning to devote to mascara.   Didn't like it

  The advertisements talk about the great brush, but I thought it was awful. The first time I pulled it out of the tube, all of the mascara was clumped around the brush, so when I applied it, I got HUGE globs of mascara on my eyelashes. I can't really say much about how long it lasts or whether it separates because I was neve...r able to get that far with this product. Everytime I tried to apply, I got globs and globs on my lashes, and whenever I had finally gotten enough product off the brush to be able to adequately apply, the mascara had dried!   Like it but I can't Remove it!

  I like the brush on this mascara and it gives me the length I need on my lashes. The problem is that I cant get this stuff off. It's not waterproof or at least the one I bought isnt. But, this mascara doesnt even remove with my waterproof mascara remover. I've lost several lashes, tugging and pulling all the time. If i...t wasnt for that problem, I'd probably give this item a 9.   Amazing lashes at half the price.

  This mascara is really worth the price (and the price isnt that bad either!) After I bought it I tried it on and all I had on was my foundation. No eye makeup. As soon as I put it on it really made my eyes pop with volume and definition. I really loved it! I dont even have to wear eyeliner sometimes with this mascara becaus...e it thickens my lashes and makes my eyes look amazing! February 16, 2008, 1:08 pm

  receive compliments on my lashes all of the time

  I receive compliments quite often on how long my lashes are...true, part is genetics. However, the other half is L'Oreal Telescopic mascara. It dramatically lengthens lashes without clumping. The brush is too thin to even allow for clumping. Anyone who gives me a compliment on my lashes, I recommend this product and they b...ecome hooked on it as well! February 7, 2008, 12:48 pm

  Not the Best

  The brush in this mascara is absolutely horrible. It's not so much a brush as it is a comb. Using the lash separator comb and brush would yield better results. It barely adds length and clumps easily and if you're looking to thicken up your lashes even a little bit, this is not the one to use. The price is on the high side ...especially when L'Oreal competes with other top drugstore brands. Definitely not worth the money. May 25, 2008, 9:33 pm

  Works for me

  I try different mascaras all the time. I find this mascara is easy to layer but it can take time and effort. I feel like the bristles could be a little longer or closer together--and the container it comes in is a little long for my taste. but overall it is one of the better mascaras I've tried through the years and the pr...ice doesn't break the bank!
