I might as well have put water on my face for all the effect this toner had. I like that it contains a host of soothing ingredients, but this toner was too mild, even for my dry, sensitive skin. Burt's Bee's has a rose water and glycerine toner that is similar to this, but leaves my skin feeling truly refreshed and clean.
