It's not bad at all
My Mom's friend recommended this to her and my mom bought some for both of us. I tried it and I like the tingle too. I am not especially fond of the texture- it is a bit sticky to me .I haven't tried the more expensive brands so I have nothing to compare it too- but I do think this plumps my lips a bit and definitely make them feel strangely pleasant. Not So Great
