    Did not work at all. This product was terrible to work with- gooey, sticky, didn't adhere to the hair properly. This was horribly frustrating. This is the second Sally Hansen hair removal kit I've tried- never again. April 5, 2008, 10:36 am

    TRY THIS FOR GREAT RESULTS.

    I was looking for home hair removal to replace Nad's that I have been unable to find. This works just fine for me. I found that I needed to do a few things to make sure it removed the hair with the least amount of mess and/or injury. Even though the product says "no heat", I discovered that when I heated it sli...ghtly it worked much better. I fill up my bathroom sink with a inch or so of hot water and I place the whole container in the water to heat. Be careful not to get water inside the container. After this, the product is thinner and goes on smoothly. Put the container back in the water when the mixture gets too thick. Another secret is to use the thinnest layer of product that still covers the hair. Try these steps and you will find a HUGE improvement in the product. Clean up is easy also. Just a little warm water on a wash cloth is all you need. May 4, 2009, 3:48 pm

    the wax is very messy and gets hard really fast. as soon as i put it on my skin it hardened. it peeled off like a sticker which means it didnt grab ANY hair. there was no benefit in using this product wat so ever. the worst product i've ever used EVER! August 8, 2008, 8:23 pm

    This didn\'t work AT all. I followed the directions exactly, and I tried it multiple times. Nothing. The gel is gooey and messy, and it doesn\'t take off anything. Seriously--don\'t waste your money on this. December 29, 2007, 9:17 pm

    Most of these "No heat" waxes are not worth a dime. I haven't found one that works more than just getting a few hairs. To me, laser hair removal is the way to go, and it's permanent. May 8, 2009, 10:43 am

    I have tried any different at home waxing kits and this as all of the others a waste of time and money. It was sticky did not adhere to hair and the strips were useless it was like using honey to wax with not to mention after using it i broke out so bad it looked like i had the chicken pox in the places i tried to use it wh...at a waste.     It was my first attempt with wax removal. I bought the No Heat Gel and was eager to get nice smooth legs. I applied it and I strictly followed directions because I didn't want to accidentally rip my skin off. I yanked the strip off and the messy green wax was still on my leg! I thought I did something wrong but after the 8t...h attempt I knew the product was the problem. February 20, 2009, 3:11 pm

  • For best results, follow instructions included in package. No Heat Gel is easy to use! This complete kit comes with two different applicators to choose from: one for larger areas, and a small orange stick for precision waxing. Determine the right applicator and dip into wax jar. Spread a thin layer of wax onto area where hair is to be removed. Be sure to apply in the same direction to which hair grows. Next, apply a cloth strip in the same direction that you applied the wax. Stroke the strip a few times to adhere wax firmly to strip. With one hand, hold the skin taut. With the other, hold the bottom of the strip and pull away quickly in the opposite direction of how you applied it. For best removal, pull wax strip off close to the skin, rather than pulling outwards. If strip is peeled away correctly, the wax and hair will be on the strip and not on your skin! Repeat these steps until all unwanted hair is removed. If any traces of wax are left on the skin, simply rinse away with water. After hair is removed, treat skin with Ultra Soothe" Skin Relief Lotion with Topical Analgesic Benzocaine 5%.
