Great makeup remover
I don't use this as a cleanser since it's so oily but it makes the BEST makeup remover. Just rub it on, wipe it off, and follow with your regular cleanser. Takes away every spec of makeup (even waterproof mascara!) without stripping your face and makes it super soft! Fragrance! Rashes! Shine! Oh my.
Ah, good old tried and seemingly true Pond's. The seemingly is there for a reason. After going out on a limb with various products that do nothing, I decided to do some research and go with something trusted. Unfortunately, I couldn't even say that it made my face nice for a few days. I used this in the morning and evening the day I bought it. When I woke up my skin looked a little more bumpy (not...read more pimply) and red. I used this again that morning and when I looked in the mirror that night, guess what I found there? A bright red rash that was all over my cheeks. Joy. I generally also have dry skin but this made my face look VERY shiny even after wipping it completely clean with a warm wet cloth. Nice clean and moisturized face
The product is wonderful. I used it to remove make up, and as a moisturizing cleaner. It's like the Noxzema cream minus the harsh sting. My skin is pretty sensitive and this didn't bother it at all. Awesome
Also a family legend in my house! My grandmother started using this stuff religiously when she was in her early 30s. She is 81 now and while her wrinkles are there, people are shocked at how old she is! Honestly, her skin is beautiful. Removes makeup but nothing removes IT
This cream will dissolve all of your eye/face makeup and it will take it away (if you use cosmetic pads) but nothing will remove the cream itself. It's greasy like butter and it will stay on your skin for much longer than you would expect. Don't buy it unless your skin is dry like paper... but still, it would be like paper covered with mineral oil. easy to use
I use this product every night to remove my makeup. It takes EVERY thing off. I love it. I have many nights where I feel too tired to take my makeup off, but Ponds makes it too easy and leaves me with no excuses to go to bed with makeup on. I just dip my finger in the jar, massage the cream around my face fr a few seconds and wipe off with a warm wet towel. Still the Best
I've tried lots of other brands to remove makeup, and this one is still the best. I use it to remove eye makeup, and occasionally for a facial (for dry skin).
