  A Truly Amazing Base

  I am very skeptical when it comes to mineral makeup as a foundation, especially loose powder. I need coverage to even out my skin tone. I am in love with the Jane Iredale Amazing Base! It has an SPF 0f 20, is water resitant and lasts all day on my t-zone oily skin. I love the light-weight feel of this product and the fact t...hat it does not have a high shimmer finnish. It gives a natural radiance to my skin and doesn't break me out, itch or irritate my skin. I was so bowled over by this product!I wear AMBER and it is a perfect match.   Pure Magic!

  I was first introduced to this product by a plastic surgeon who stitched up my face after a terrible fall. He told me this would cover up the red tone in my skin while it was healing and that it would actually aid in healing in that it is all natutal and contains spf. It did all of that and more. This product will cover ...any blemish or mark on your face. I have used it now for 10 years and have never been disappointed. June 24, 2008, 7:03 am

  Jane Iredale has been doing this for years and was waaaay ahead of the recent "mineral make up" craze. Her make up is by far superior to any other mineral makeup I've tried. The Amazing Base Lose Powder absorbes oil while giving a great SPF coverage. I can't lie with out this stuff in the summer. Jane Iredale ...products may be more expensive than the mineral makeups in the drug store, but they are more than worth it. You won't be disapointed! December 9, 2007, 6:04 am

  There are NONE Better!

  This base gives a radiant "Glow" to my skin! I know tons of people who I have recommended it to that absolutely love it! The price is high for those of you that normally pay $8-$12 for base, but this product is definitely worth the extra money!   Surprisingly Good

  I have never been good at using mineral foundation, can't get it to work right or look right. This is the first time I can actually put it on right, get good coverage (I have mild rosacea), not look pasty or too "pale" - just looks pretty natural and covers reddish areas very well - especially when combined with ...Jane Iredale concealer.   Best Mineral Makeup

  This is the best mineral makeup I have tried (and I have tried them all)! It applies easily, doesn't settle in fine lines, stays beautiful all day and has an SPF of 20. What more could anyone want? It's not cheap but you also get more product than the normal. It's definitely worth the investment. May 20, 2008, 6:53 am

  I received several sample of Jane Iredale loose mineral makeup to try and I was VERY impressed! I really didn't think I would get the coverage I need with just powder- but I did! And it didn't get into the creases May 6, 2008, 5:48 am
