I have very dry skin. I moved from a dry climate to a very humid one. I was a little excited because I thought the new climate would help my poor, parched skin! WRONG. The water in this city has SOOO much chlorine that it dried my skin out even more! In turn, that made it break out and get little bumps all over it. Since it was so dry, I tried very thick creams. Because it was breaking out, I tried acne washes. nothing worked. An esthetician at a cosmetics market told me about this line (based out of Nashville, the city with evil water.)
