Revlon Sugar Sugar Lip Topping Reviews

Strange product
I guess this would be good if you were in a play or something, but it's definitely better suited to the runway than real life. — 2 years, 3 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

so disagree with the other girls on this
ok, it SO tastes just like sugar, in fact, im pretty sure it might actually have sugar in it, IDK, but its sweet, lol, also, the applicator sucks, and is a full hindrance to using/loving this product. to get the look, dump a fair [dime size] amount into your hand, and pat, dont rub! all over gloss or lipstick covered lips, totally covering all the lip area, and add more over top of the first layer in the center for crystal shimmer glamour. it totally feels terrible on, bit if you do it right you look like an ice fairy, which is worth a little gritty lipped moments, isnt it? my only peeve? i think it dissolves. not a good attribute for glitter, but maybe it isnt glitter...?0_o — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 5 of 5 people said helpful

Mixed Feelings
I wasn't sure if I would like putting glitter on my lips. The texture was awkward and I really didn't like the fact that the applicator was just a little stick. I mixed it with lipgloss and it looks fairly decent. It's not something I would wear everyday. — 3 years, 4 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Cool Runway Look
This is an excellent product to give that icey runway look. Definitely wouldn't recommend this for kissing. It is easy to apply and not hard to achieve the look. Do not buy this if you plan on eating it or kissing someone. This for people that like to look GOOD! — 2 years, 8 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 2 people said helpful

Revlon Suger Suger Lip Topping
I like this product. It does have its drawbacks, unfortunately. I have to tap it out of the original container into a larger, open one (I use an old contact lens case) and dip a stiff lip brush into it and cake it on top of my lipstick. The applicator included does nothing more than add a little sparkle only after you have coated it with your own lipstick with the first application. (That's the only way the sugar will come out of the container with the original applicator) I am able to achieve the look of the model after caking copious amounts on top of my lipstick. It doesn't retain that look for more than 2 hours max. It does taste good, so when I go to the effort of using it, I have to keep away from my other(s) or they will lick it off completely with a kiss. — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

not the "worst" product
it does taste like sugar, it doesn't stay on all that long, but it does look cool when applied — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

Don't bother
Looked great in the ad. It looked like absolutely nothing on. I couldn't tell whether I had it on or not. Applicator was awful too. Don't waste your time and money. — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Trendy, at the time of release, and FUN
I disagree with the naysayers. This product was NEVER intended or suggested to TASTE like sugar. It was lip frosting-to sugar your lips, in the style of sugar fruit during winter holidays. And it did just last. It was slightly gritty but not bad, and since I'm not 12 yrs old and don't lick my lips when I am wearing lip product, it never bothered me and the staying power was a few hours. I still wear small amounts when I want a little frost or shimmer to my gloss. — 2 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 1 people said helpful

NO!
I got this on a sale and first the packaging didn't tell me what it was for I assumed it was a pigment of some sort, Later I figured it's for your lips? so this is supposed to make your lips super glittery, and sparkley, I guess it depends on how much product you use, but I don't know how many people need extra steps to get glittery lip gloss, so I don't recommend this product. The upside is if you taste it, it doesn't have a bad taste, and you could use it to add glitter to your nail polish, hair, or something. — 2 years, 10 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful
