Nice Texture but Drying

Cool Creme
This is a very good blush-especially if you use it as a base under a lighter powder like I do. It goes on smooth and colorful but you can control how intense it is once you get a feel for it (it can be VERY intense if you are not careful before you et feel for it!). It does not streak or fade-the too biggest complements you can give a blush. The color selection is also veyr nice-as is the price especially when considering how long it lasts. So I just bought this and tried it the texture is very different than what I expected, like from creme to powder.
