loreal secretly knows the felt tip brush sucks. thats why they have this 'brsuh tip' [=better tip] option. they have a good liner formula and a nice deep black, its just the felt tips suck. alot. i like this one, its easy to aplly and control, dark, dramatic and long lasting. wears off a bit in the corners after 8 hours, but most of the line stays. — 3 years, 9 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 2 of 5 people said helpful

For the purpose of lining lids, this liner performs as expected. However the pros know that for application between lashes from the underside of lashes (near the water line), felt tip version is better because it allows you to push away the lashes to get right in there. This is a better technique because you won't see the bold line, and rather makes lashes look full like you put on fake lashes.
