Felt tip one is better
For the purpose of lining lids, this liner performs as expected. However the pros know that for application between lashes from the underside of lashes (near the water line), felt tip version is better because it allows you to push away the lashes to get right in there. This is a better technique because you won't see the bold line, and rather makes lashes look full like you put on fake lashes.
