GREAT MOUSSE!
I bought this mousse a few months ago because I was looking to try a new volumizing mousse. Not only dos it smell heavenly (like the rest of the products in the Herbal Essence line) but it actually did what was promised, it volumized my hair and gave it nice body!! I didn't find it to be crunchy feeling at all and I think that people that do find their hair feels crunchy afterwards, they used TOO much of this product. I apply a little less than a palm full (and let me just tell you, I have SUPER THICK, super curly hair) and it's the perfect amount. And one more bonus, the price is definitely right for this mousse: $3.49 at any drugstore.
