Eventual Build-Up
My hair: mid back, straight, brown, not chemically treated but damaged from daily flat ironing and blow outs. I tend to get split ends. I like this shampoo, it makes my hair super shiny, and my hair does feel more conditioned/softer after using the restoratives combo, but by the second week of consistent use with the shampoo/conditioner combo I get build up and my hair becomes more difficult to manage than it was in the first place. At this point it takes several washes with clarifying shampoo to get back to a decent texture.
