Awesome for Teenagers!
My 15 year old daughter loves the Pop Beauty Eye Cakes! They give her multiple, highly pigmented colors to play with! — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Poor quality
I bought one of these once and ended up giving it away to a friend who wanted to try it out. The colors in the pan were lovely, but barely showed up when applied. I also found this shadow difficult to apply because it was hard to get any product onto the brush. Very disappointing, I was glad to be rid of it. — 1 year, 2 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

terrible!
The color selections are just beautiful, but too bad they flake so badly. The particle size is too big and the powder is dry, it doesn't pick up well on my brushes. This is a cheaply made formula in cheap containers trying sell for big bucks, not worth it! I had to return mine to the store. Most places accept it when you tell them it flaked into your eyes. — 5 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 3 of 3 people said helpful

Woah
This pop beauty eye cake is exactly what it says, cake. U have to put several layers on for it to show up, and though the colors are absolutely stunning in the case, they don't go on nearly as beautifully as I was hoping! Wish I would have found this site before I bought that eyeshadow! My little sisters love it, though, and so does my mom, because they can't seem to make it very dark, and she doesn't like them wearing makeup in the first place! That's the only thing this eyeshadow would be useful for, a mother to buy for her teenage daughters, ones who love experimenting with makeup, especially if she doesn't feel like they should be wearing it! Poor quality! — 7 months, 3 weeks agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

"Eye Cake"
I'm very satisfied with this product. I love the colors, and don't regret buying it. I got the Eye Cakes in Brown, and absolutely love it. The colors are easy to apply, and last all day. I use a disposable eyeshadow wand, because I think it delivers more color, instead of a brush. The tin is cute and keeps my eyeshadows fresh, it's one of my favorite makeup products. Overall, I totally love it, and recommend this product. — 3 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Not Great
The color selection is good. The eyeshadow is dry, and does not apply easily. It was not worth the money. — 4 years agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 1 of 1 people said helpful

Fun eye "cakes" give lots of choices!!
I read the other reviews and think some of them were kind of harsh...maybe there was a "bad" batch that had defective tins but my tin opened up just fine. You don't just "pull" the lid off-it's more of a twist then pull so perhaps that was the problem. Anyhow, tin issues aside; I think the colors are great. They don't have the strongest pigment out there, but you can either layer them or wet your applicator to make it go on thicker. It's actually nice as you can make your eyes more subtle or strong depending on what you're in the mood for. I have the purple/silver one and keep it in my purse as the various shades look nice on me : ) I usually also leave an applicator in the tin as it doesn't come with one. Pop stuff is a lot of fun though not always practical so check out some of their other products at Sephora : ) — 4 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful

Nice concept, but....
I bought the cake for brown eyes from Sephora online, and was so excited to try it. There were so many colors in the cake, and they all looked like "me" shades. However, there is absolutely no pigmentation to these, if I could get any shadow on my brush at all. Even wet I could barely get an application. — 4 years, 7 months agoThis review is: Helpful | Not helpful | Inappropriate | 0 of 0 people said helpful
