Disappointed in Pop Beauty!
I have and love so many of their products. These eye cakes are "eye candy," to be sure. I bought several online. I found them lightly pigmented and difficult to apply. Poor quality
I bought one of these once and ended up giving it away to a friend who wanted to try it out. The colors in the pan were lovely, but barely showed up when applied. I also found this shadow difficult to apply because it was hard to get any product onto the brush.
