A Light Oil
This is a light oil. I believe it suits combination and normal skin types better. I have dry skin it does not provide enough moisture and nourishment for my skin. Don't get me wrong, it is a very good oil for the face but not for me, it might suit others. I use it 3 times a week at night, I squeeze 2 capsules on my face, neck and decolletage.
