Use after cleansing to prepare skin for moisture, with use it will help cut down on the anount of moisturizer you use. Has an enriched formula to add more moisture to very dry skin. I don't know if help me use less mosturizer but I definately see and feel the difference in my skin after I use this afer cleansing.
