Although marketed as one step in a four-product regimen for silky straightness, this conditioner stands alone in softening difficult-to-straighten hair. The price tag is up there with salon products, but just a quarter-sized dollop can protect long, thick hair against humidity and make styling damage less evident. Plus, it's light enough to wash every other day without looking greasy.

    I expected more..

    This product always gets such rave reviews that I shelled out the money for the shampoo and conditioner- and immediately gave them to my niece after I first used them. I was disappointed... I expected my fine, dry hair to be soft and easier to manage- not true! I couldn't even comb my hair afterwards it felt so dry! After t...     I'm pretty happy using this smoothing conditioner. I like the more natural scent instead of strong perfume. It works fairly well to smooth, but I still use a detangler after using this conditioner. I will continue to use this conditioner unless I find another I like better through recommendation or use by my stylist. Yo...     Great for over colored hair

    I think I started getting my hair highlighted in grade school when my grandmother decided I my blonde hair was getting darker. Needless to say my hair is over colored. I use this conditioner religiously and I love it! My hair stylist even gave it to me as a Christmas gift. When I use other conditioners my hair never fee...     My hair is very thick and I've had long hair for many, many years. I have tried a zillion conditioners and this one is absolutely my favorite! It leaves my hair silky and easy to comb through and it smells wonderful too! May 28, 2008, 4:50 pm

    Nice product

    The conditioner has a pleasant smell. It is incredibly thick and rich. I can feel the difference in my hair after 2 minutes of letting it soak in. My hair feel and looks smooth, silky, and shiny. I really adore this product. It feels luxurious. February 19, 2008, 12:49 pm

    My 2nd favorite conditioner

    Been using this for years because my favorite is hard to find, but works really well. Doesn't get rid of all my frizz, but is thick and creamy and makes my hair soft. My hair stylist says it's great for long, parched hair like mine. November 29, 2007, 5:25 pm

    This conditioner does a fantastic job at smoothing out my coarse, rough hair. And when you're trying to make curly hair flat, you need all the help you can get! It's my understanding that this product has won several awards, and it's easy to see why. It's priced reasonably and delivers consistently great results. September 8, 2008, 6:01 pm

    I've been using the entire Sleek Look line for at least 4 years now and it has done wonders for my relaxed naturally coarse hair. It's the best and every other line I've compared it to simply doesn't measure up. It leaves a nice sheen so much so that I always have to be careful getting out of the bathtub since it sheens t...     Wish I could have it all the time

    I love love love this product and the whole matrix sleek line but the price is so expensive. With that said, I have frizzy and thick curly hair that I have to blow dry and straighten everyday. I love how it makes my hair stay unfrizzed even under the hot GA humidity. July 18, 2008, 11:10 am
