  nothing but EMPOWERMINT!

  Honestly, if I were to choose one lipgloss to use for probably the rest of my life(lets pray this will NEVER happen), I'd probably go with my favourite, none other than, Philosophy's Empowermint! Whenever I use this baby, I am just SO tempted to lick the whole darn layer off, and apply a whole new layer( that I may end up d...evouring as well). But nonetheless, if I were to sum this amazing amazing lip gloss up, it'd be put this way- soothing, tasty, and of course... it's the perfect lip gloss every girl WILL find herself buying again( due to eating mainly half of the stick)! :) March 28, 2008, 11:16 pm

  cinnamon buns only review

  Cinnamon Buns, one of the three flavors in this collection, and limited to the holidays I believe, is awesome. I bought it individually and not only does it smell and taste great, but the sparkle is beautiful. I put it over my matte lipsticks or when using lipliner to completely fill in my lips. It's great alone or over... color and this is one item I hope Philosophy decides to keep around on a regular basis! Score is only 9 because it's not as long lasting as Kiss Me. Then again it tastes sooo much better; maybe I'm licking it off wihtout realizing it. My significant other always comments on how good I taste when he kisses me while I am wearing it.   Flavor of Kiss Me

  I agree with the other reviewer about the flavor of Kiss Me. It tastes like the petrolatum and lanolin that are what make it as emollient as it is. Yuck! The benefit is (no pun intended) that it's thick enough to stay on for a long time. After my nightly face routine I gently rub my lips with a warm wet washcloth* to... remove any dead skin. No need to buy those products that supposedly remove the dead skin...do it for free at the end of your face washing. That's where Kiss Me comes in; I put it on before bed to make my lips absolutely soft and totally kissable by morning. The score reflects the icky flavor, otherwise it would be a 9. * use a fresh clean washcloth every time you wash your face otherwise you will end up re-depositing bacteria onto your face. Buy a batch of 10 or so at Costco for 7 bucks. November 29, 2007, 12:41 pm

  haven't tried this set but have tried the very emollient lip balm

  I had gotten "kiss me" very emollient lip balm in a gift set that I had purchased a while back. I tried it and liked it very much. It lasts a long time and keeps the lips moisturized. I would suggest putting it in the refrigerator to make it a thicker consistency when applying, if not it will be very runny. The on...ly thing I didn't like about this product was the taste and $10 price tag for a .5oz tube. maybe this flavored lip collection will taste better. Overall, it's the best lip balm I've used(I've tried victoria secrets, chapstick, etc.) November 21, 2007, 10:18 am

  Now 28, I don't want all of my beauty products to smell too young. For some reason coconut products have a tendency to do that or smell like sun tan lotion! This product has an awesome smell that is more like real coconut milk than a synthetic too sweet version. It has no color, but a small amount of fine sparkle!   This coconut flavored lip shine is like the best. every time i want to take a trip to a to paradise, i throw on this lip shine and close my eyes and i am there. it is very true to it's scent. It's simply a 10!!!! March 4, 2008, 4:57 am

  I got this in the aforementioned flavor and I keep raving to my friends that this is the one and only "gloss" that's actually moisturizing. It's sticky, but keeps your lips smooth and moist.   My Favorite!

  I bought a set of four of these lip shines from QVC. The flavors I have are: Melon Daiquiri, Raspberry Sorbet, Powdered Sugar Cookie, and Vanilla Birthday Cake. They provide high shine, and a very minimal amount of color. Keeps my lips nice and soft...I always have a tube in my purse!!! February 3, 2008, 1:20 pm

  I use Tom's toothpaste so when I saw this I was anxious to try it. The flavor is unusual but not unpleasant and it makes my lips feel great and look great too. Hubby seems to want to kiss me more when I use this so I guess it's a good thing. December 30, 2007, 6:37 am

  Oh Philosophy Lip shine gloss, how I love thee! This lipgloss never dries my lips out and always keeps my pucker feeling soft and oh-so-smooth. The texture isn't too annoyingly sticky either. And the finish is natural; perfect for casual makeup days or the gym! December 15, 2007, 1:49 pm
