A Handful of Pretty
I have several of these very classy glosses. What can I say? I'm addicted. Yes, they cost a few pennies more than the drugstore brands but in this case, you do get what you pay for. On clean lips, they go on smooth, glossy, and with a touch of shimmer. It looks as though they have crushed abalone or pearls in there. Yes, your hair does get stuck on a windy day, but would you rather have a lip gloss be dry? This is a lipgloss that comes in a huge variety of colors and are great for adding a dramatic look to your lips. The gloss is shiny and gives shimmer without being too sticky. Giggle
My all-time favorite glossimer is Giggle. It is a non-Anglo woman's nude lip color. The only thing I dislike is that if the wind is blowing you will surely have hair ON your lips. It is very sticky and will get anything else sticky, but it feels luxe compared to some others out there. dig the color, not the stickiness
The colors are awesome. I bought this peach color and got a lot of compliments on it. However, they do tend to be sticky and sticks to my hair sometimes. I wanted to hate this
The price is horrifyingly high, but it works so darn well. This is the only truly non-tacky, long-lasting, rich-colored lip gloss I've tried (and when it comes to lip gloss, I get around). I asked the woman at the Chanel counter to pick out a bright, pretty color for me that I could wear everyday and on its own. She went straight to a lovely shade of coral that intensified my blue eyes and has just the right amount of shimmer.
