I have several of these very classy glosses. What can I say? I'm addicted. Yes, they cost a few pennies more than the drugstore brands but in this case, you do get what you pay for. On clean lips, they go on smooth, glossy, and with a touch of shimmer. It looks as though they have crushed abalone or pearls in there. Yes, your hair does get stuck on a windy day, but would you rather have a lip gloss be dry? My all-time favorite glossimer is Giggle. It is a non-Anglo woman's nude lip color. The only thing I dislike is that if the wind is blowing you will surely have hair ON your lips. It is very sticky and will get anything else sticky, but it feels luxe compared to some others out there. The price is horrifyingly high, but it works so darn well. This is the only truly non-tacky, long-lasting, rich-colored lip gloss I've tried (and when it comes to lip gloss, I get around). I asked the woman at the Chanel counter to pick out a bright, pretty color for me that I could wear everyday and on its own. She went straight to a lovely shade of coral that intensified my blue eyes and has just the right amount of shimmer. Chanel glossimers are one of my favorite all time glosses because its not sticky! They last really really long throughout the day.. I would say.. 6-8 hours! Even after I ate and drank, I still had some left. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from. The color payoff varies depending on what color you get, but most of them are pretty sheer. My favorite right now is Rose Dilemma. Gorgeous Gorgeous color! So not worth the price

I have to admit I love the color palette, but other than that, this was one of the worst lip glosses I have ever used. I got this in Spark and Imaginaire. Both great colors but they wore off within thirty minutes with just talking. No eating or drinking. I thought maybe I was licking my lips more often while talking, so I reapplied and made the effort to not lick my lips. This time I got to about an hour. For $27 a tube, I really expected it to last much longer. Not much to note on taste or smell as those didn't bother me, just the complete lack of staying power.
