Chanel Joues Contraste Powder Blush

Chanel's Joues Contraste Blush is silky powder that blends easily and beautifully into skin for a natural-looking flush. It's honestly worth every dollar. The rich pigments add a perfect pop of color to your face -- not too much, not too little. And the blush stays put -- it doesn't break up or get cakey mid-day even on combination skin. It has a mild rose scent though, so if that type of thing is a turn off, you might opt to skip it.

May 26, 2008, 11:28 am I loved it! Never before have I indulged in a (yes) costly blush. Lately though I have decided that it is high time to take better care and indulge myself! Chanel Joues Contraste went on beautifully and stayed on. I had been used to reapplying blush 4-5 times a day and looking similar to a clown. In the end, maybe it's not so expensive after all AND I feel better and look better! I think I'll indulge myself more frequently! May 26, 2008, 11:28 am

    Exquisite

This powder is silky enough that it doesn't go anywhere else except where you apply it. I've always preferred powder to any other type of blush. The color looks natural as long as you don't use the brush they supply you. That is such a waste. Get the Chanel brush for cheeks and your blush will be on your face perfectly ever... December 2, 2007, 7:21 am This powder is silky enough that it doesn't go anywhere else except where you apply it. I've always preferred powder to any other type of blush. The color looks natural as long as you don't use the brush they supply you. That is such a waste. Get the Chanel brush for cheeks and your blush will be on your face perfectly every day. The color will flatter you and it will last morning until night. For me this is the best powder blush available. December 2, 2007, 7:21 am

    Great blushes

I have Narcisse, which is my favorite. It is a beautiful light pink color that makes my cheeks glow. Joues Contraste blushes are great- highly pigmented and go on smooth. A couple of drawbacks- I hate the smell and it's really pricey. May 1, 2008, 11:37 pm

    Rose Petale

    by Olliesbear (28 reviews)
Literally the most natural beautiful flush on my skin. Applications are so smooth and the color has a hint a shimmer that gives a glow. It lasts all day too, this one was given to me by my mother and I will definately be buying more! March 24, 2008, 12:30 pm

    Best blush ever...

    by daisy77 (3 reviews)
I have been using the color Rose Cache for the last three years. I am a cosmetic junkie and this blush is definitely my all time favorite. It is an expensive blush but it is so worth it and it lasts forever. It is a silky powder so it is natural like a cream blush but also long lasting. Addictive! December 27, 2007, 10:56 am

    Lovely!

Chanel really got it right with these joues contraste blushes. They are super soft, pigmented and long lasting. The colors are beautiful and subtle and the product will last you a long, long time. Has the famous Chanel rose scent which is pretty in the pan and disappears once applied. I highly recommend Narcisse and Nud... November 30, 2007, 12:27 pm Chanel really got it right with these joues contraste blushes. They are super soft, pigmented and long lasting. beautiful colors

Chanel has a line of beautiful blushes with mild feminine scent and lovely packaging. I think this is really comparable to NARS Orgassm. But it's a little on th expensive side of a blush. August 17, 2008, 9:45 am
